| These beautiful breast collars are designed to be attached over the neck in a "necklace" fashion...great for presentations or parades. Breast collars are nylon or cotton webbing, vinyl lined, & are provided with a d-ring in the center of the breast collar for those who prefer attaching to a cinch or girth. Breast collars have color coordinating stones, a metal decoration in the center & rayon tassels with beads at attachment ends (tassels are permanently attached). All are in stock unless otherwise indicated. For other color combinations, please allow 48 hrs. before shipment. |
